Task
Housing rough sleepers and homeless people during COVID-19 and beyond, using an empty building with full 24 Hour concierge and security.

Duties
Team of SIA Licensed Former British Armed Forces Security & Concierge Officers to conduct the following task.
To oversee the overall running of the day to day of all residents’ movements.
To ensure all maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner, so we can continue to provide maximum comfort in their time of need.
- Access Control
- Booking people into rooms
- Manning the front desk
- Providing daily occupancy register
- First response to any resident’s enquiries or issues whilst support staff are off premises
- Maintaining the building safety ie. fire, damages, and associated reporting
- Dealing with Anti-social behaviour – Maintaining usual security presence and duties
- Reporting activities on site to various agencies including Local Authorities and Emergencies
- To ensure the safety and well-being of all residents
- Assist the support staff when needed to
- Enforce the single occupancy rules
- Issue food packages to residents
- Maintain and observe health & safety rules
- Act as fire marshal
